Anything is possible…in potential. To achieve any goal, you need to have and hold enough power to reach it. While it's easy to start off with a bang, it's not always easy to keep that energy up before you drop back down to your customary level and into your normal routines. The secret to transforming possibility into reality is to sustain the necessary momentum. Here are five tips to help you to harness and sustain the appropriate energy needed break through to your goal:

  1. Determine how and where you will concentrate your efforts
Goals can be much bigger than they appear in our minds. Do you know the difficulty Oprah first had when she started her network, OWN? Clearly part of her goal was for the network to be successful. That's a tall order. Once she realized she had to be more hands on for that to happen (she was still working her "day job" when the network launched), one of the key decisions she said she made was to concentrate on building up the programming and ratings one day at a time, starting with Sundays. Within your goal, find a concentrated area on which to focus, then spread the momentum to the next logical progression.

  2. List your priorities
Everything can seem important when there are a lot of things to do. Many times, the sequence in which things are done affects how smoothly and successfully something is accomplished. Not having your priorities in order can cause you to suddenly slam on the brakes and have to double back for something you've forgotten. Clarity about your priorities can also help you set the right pace; don't let yourself run out of steam before the most important things get done. Priorities are your friends. Keep track of them ongoingly to help sustain your energy, focus and momentum.

  3. Be Consistent
So many people inadvertently sabotage their attempts at manifestation because of the inconsistent application of their energy. They prevent or drain the accumulation of momentum by not keeping up the appropriate pace or by not keeping up the appropriate quality. Common culprits are a lack of planning, scheduling and/or quality control, and not recharging your battery. This can lead to you putting in a weaker effort at times. Consistency magnetically charges the reality you are trying to create. Keep that in mind.
